Ethical AI Specialists is my response to a market full of AI demos that never make it into production. I help Australian SMEs and not-for-profits adopt AI responsibly by combining practical training, automation and data architecture.
Before building AI systems, I spent more than a decade in enterprise data engineering across financial services and telecommunications, building ETL pipelines, data models, migrations and operational reporting systems.
That background shapes how I see AI agents: not as black boxes, but as data systems requiring careful ingestion, transformation, storage, retrieval, orchestration and presentation.
